JOBS Cleveland Polymer Technologies is the
leading manufacturer of mineral composite castings in the US. CPT is
relocating its manufacturing operations to the Watervliet Arsenal and will
begin operations June 2013. As they begin they are seeking candidates for
the following positions:
1. Office Administration, full time position (1). Duties include answering
the phone, manage accounts receivable and payables, filling, purchasing, and
other general administrative duties as assigned. Experience with Quickbooks
accounting software preferred. Microsoft Excel, word and internet required.
Associate degree or 4 year college preferred. Starting salary $28,000 to
$36,000 depending on experience.
2. Production Assembly, full time position (5). Duties include assembling
molds, pouring castings, disassembling molds. Candidates with good and
demonstrated mechanical aptitude, good math skills, able to read blueprints
and working knowledge using forklifts and overhead cranes preferred. No
experience necessary, will train. Starting pay is $10/hr to $13/hr based on
3. Body Work - Finishing, full time position (2). Duties include preparing
parts for painting; finishing and body work on castings using sanders and
grinder hand tools; Knowledge of filler compounds for patching including
polyester (bondo) and epoxies. Two to three year experience in an auto body
repair shop is preferred. Starting pay is $12/hr to $15/hr depending on

5. CAD Design, Draftsman, Full time or part time position (1).
include generating engineering drawings using Solid Works 3D modeling
software. Detailed Mold design, manufacturing and fabrication detailed
drawings, project management, interaction with fabrication and machining
vendors; create new part design proposals, shop floor detailed production
drawings. Only an individual with solid knowledge of solidworks will be
considered. Starting Salary range $28,000 -$32,000.
6. Manufacturing and Operations Supervisor, Full time position (1).
Supervision of all manufacturing operations. Oversee quality of manufactured
products, schedule production, order raw materials, inventory control and
maintenance of all equipment. Highly mechanically oriented person with
excellent supervision and interpersonal skills, good computer skills and
detail oriented. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to ensure
uninterrupted production of products and of shipments. Previous experience
overseeing a manufacturing operation is preferred. Salary based on
